Q: “How long does it take to receive my custom bobblehead?”
Production typically takes 5-7 business days, VIP Service only 2 days. Standard shipping usually takes 7-9 business days depending on your location. We also offer expedited options at checkout, express shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.
Q: “Can I see a proof before shipping?”
Yes! We provide free proof photos during the sculpting stages. You’ll have the request revisions before we finalize the design.
Q: “What if I want to make changes after placing my order?”
If your bobblehead is still in the early production stage, we can accommodate certain changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at service@bobbleheadsgifts.com with your order number.
Q: “Can I upload any kind of photo for customization?”
Yes, feel free to upload any photo! We encourage personal creativity.
Q: “Can I customize logo and words?”
Yes, you can add any logo and words. We can add it anywhere on the custom bobbleheads. Please tell us the detailed requirements.
Q: “What materials are the bobbleheads made from? ”
All our bobbleheads are handcrafted using high-quality polymer clay, ensuring a durable and highly detailed finish.
Q: “Can I make additional requests?”
Yes! If you have any special requests on the order, feel free to write them down on the “Note” box in the product page or send email to service@bobbleheadsgifts.com.
Order Issues
Q: “How can I check my order status?”
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can check the progress by contacting our support team at service@bobbleheadsgifts.com.
Q: “I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?”
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven’t received it, contact us with your full name and email used at checkout.
Q: “Can I change my order details after submitting it?”
If production has not started, we may be able to update your order. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and requested changes.
Q: “Can I cancel my order?”
Yes, but only before production begins. Once we start sculpting, the order becomes non-refundable due to the customized nature of the product.
Q: “What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?”
We’re sorry for any inconvenience! Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and provide clear photos of the issue. We will remake or offer a suitable solution.
Q: “Can I return a custom bobblehead?”
Due to the personalized nature of custom bobbleheads, returns are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged. We do not accept returns for personal preference reasons.

Q: “How do I start customizing my bobblehead?”
Simply choose a product style, upload your photo(s), and fill in the customization details like hairstyle and accessories on the product page.
Q: “What kind of photos should I upload?”
Clear, front-facing photos with good lighting work best. You can also upload additional side views or group photos to help our artists better capture likeness and detail.
Q: “Can I customize the clothing or add logos?”
Yes! We support free customization of clothing colors, styles, and logos. Just describe your preferences clearly when ordering, or upload reference images.
Q: “Can I choose a specific pose or add props?”
Yes, we offer pose customization and easy accessories to add for free, such as books, microphones, coffee mugs, etc. Let us know what you have in mind—we love creative ideas!
Q: “How many revisions can I request?”
We provide unlimited free revisions at each stage until you are satisfied.
Q: “Can you make bobbleheads for couples, families, or pets?”
Absolutely! We offer couple, family, and pet bobblehead options. You can even combine people and pets in one scene.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
Q: “Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?”
Yes! We welcome bulk orders for companies, teams, schools, events, and more. Whether you need 10 or 1,000+ bobbleheads, we can handle it with consistent quality and timely delivery.
Q: “Is there a discount for bulk orders?”

Q: “How long does production take for large orders?”
Production timelines vary based on quantity and complexity. Typically, orders under 50 pieces take around 2–3 days, while larger orders may require 3–6 days. We’ll provide a clear timeline when quoting.
Q: “Can we preview samples before full production?”
Yes, we can create one or more sample bobbleheads for approval before proceeding with the entire order.
Q: “Do you ship to multiple addresses?”
Yes. We offer split shipping to different locations if needed. Please share your distribution requirements when placing the order.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: “How much is the shipping fee?”
Shipping is based on total weight (shipping fee is $15 for standard shipping, free shipping over $139). Every additional 500g adds $5 to the base shipping cost. Final cost will be shown during checkout.
Q: “Do you offer shipping insurance?”
Yes. For just $3, you can add shipping insurance, which covers return shipping costs in case of quality issues or damage during transit.
Q: “How do I track my shipment?”
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the parcel on the courier’s website.
Q: “What if my package is delayed or lost?”
Delays can occasionally happen due to customs or weather. If your order is significantly delayed or missing, please contact service@bobbleheadsgifts.com, and we will assist you immediately.
Q: “Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?”
Yes! But some carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you're unsure, please contact us before ordering, and we’ll check the available options for you.
After-Sales Support
Q: “What if I’m not satisfied with my bobblehead?”
We strive to make every custom bobblehead just right. That’s why we offer preview photos during production. If you’re not satisfied with the result, you can request revisions before final approval. Once you confirm the final version, no further changes can be made.
Q: “What should I do if my bobblehead arrives damaged?”
If your item arrives broken or damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days with clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free remake or provide a suitable solution.
Q: “Can I return or exchange my order?”
Since all our bobbleheads are 100% custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a production error or quality issue. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: “How long does it take to receive a remake?”
If a remake is approved, production will start immediately. It usually takes 3–5 days, and then we will ship it to you based on your chosen delivery method.
Q: “What if I made a mistake in my submitted details?”
If you notice an error after placing the order (such as wrong name, photo, or customization detail), please contact us ASAP. If production hasn’t started, we can correct it for free.
